Not Matte but glossy finish. I love it. Very customize-able and insulates drinks. Really like the design and functionality of hand and its Freesip feature.
Great bottle, disappointing delivery experience
I’m very happy with the Owala FreeSip Sway 30 oz in Blue Steel. The bottle itself is great and lives up to my expectations.
Unfortunately, the online ordering experience was disappointing. I waited 14 days for my order to arrive and, despite contacting support by email and chat—and commenting on the Facebook ad—I never received an explanation for the delay. The lack of communication left me feeling frustrated and unhappy with the purchase experience.
I love the product, but I hope Owala improves its delivery updates and customer support.
Love the combination of colors 😍
