Honestly, I am quite disappointed with my order. The listing photo showed a brown charm for my Owala, but I received a yellow one instead. I really haye that color, and I specifically chose to order through this platform rather than Shopee—where vouchers would have made it cheaper—just to get the color of the charm that I wanted.
Furthermore, I didn't expect the paint on the 'Nailed It' piece to chip so easily. I've only kept it in my car's cup holder, yet the edges and body are already peeling. For comparison, my Hydro Flask has been with me for three years and has never had its paint chip like this.
